1. General Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of eyewear cases and packaging solutions by SOCIETE K LUXURY to professional clients. By placing an order, the buyer accepts these terms without reserve.

2. Bespoke & Custom Orders

As we specialize in custom-crafted leather goods, the following rules apply:

• •Approval: Production begins only after the client approves the final technical specifications and prototypes.
• •Cancellations: Orders for personalized or custom-branded products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

3. Quality & Manufacturing Standards

• •Infrastructure: All products are manufactured in our specialized workshop located at Route de Teniour KM 9, Sfax.
• •Safety Compliance: Our facility is maintained to high technical standards, including certified electrical and fire safety systems inspected by STC VERITAS.
• •Inspections: We guarantee that our production environment meets the rigorous requirements for luxury goods manufacturing.

4. Pricing and Payment

• •Prices are quoted in the currency specified on the proforma invoice.
• •A deposit is typically required to initiate the production of bespoke collections.
• •Full payment must be cleared before the dispatch of goods from our Sfax warehouse.

5. Delivery and Liability

• •Lead Times: Delivery dates are estimated and depend on the complexity of the craftsmanship required.
• •Risk: Liability for the goods transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier at our facility.

6. Intellectual Property

The client warrants that they hold all rights to logos or branding provided for customization. Kluxry reserves the right to showcase non-confidential custom work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be settled by the courts of Sfax.
